How Much Sodium is a bad thing?
I am asking because my local water has absolutely no alkalinity and I am using baking soda to increase it to ~113 ppm. by my calculations I am also adding 44 ppm of sodium. I am still in a safe range here. I have no idea about how much sodium is in the local water. I don't think that the water is being softened before it gets to me either.
