Whats the "usual" dosage of PMDD / gallon?

I'll be mixing the typical formula of:

1/2 liter water
1 tbl Plantex CSM +B
1 tbl MgSO4
2 tbl K2SO4
1 tbl KNO3

my tank is a 30g with about 6 small bucnhes of plants. No CO2. 3 guppies.

i've been looking for an average dosage/gallon thread but couldnt find one. any recommendations to start off this tank? its been running for 2 weeks so far. thanks

I would suggest mixing those in separate containers so you can dose according to your levels your test kit tells you. Once you have reach a certain level of equilibrium then you can mix it in one container.

If you don't already know it, you only need MgSO4 if your water is fairly hard.

Also you don't seem to have a source of phosphate. I guess you are havnig too much phosphate from your fishfood.

on a side note, i found a link after searching in yahoo.

http://fins.actwin.com/aquatic-plant.../msg00015.html

it basically states "0.5 ml of PMDD per gallon (tank size, not actual water volume) per week." of course, each tank is different by amnt of plants/light/fish. i just used the .5ml / gallon as a rough estimate.

in my case of 30g, its .5ml x 30g = 15ml per week.

20hour update after adding: having no CO2, i can actually see some O2 bubbles come out of my vals

pH 7.8, nitrite .13ppm, ammonia .5ppm
