Question: Balancing temperature for plants and inhabitants

I have Nanas (Anubias barteri) and Java Ferns. I am looking to include some Crypts (Cryptocoryne). I use to keep the temperature around 70-72. However, with the additions of Otocinclus Cats and African Dwarf Frogs I raised the temperature slowly to 72-74.

For those who dealt with the same or similar low light plants and inhabitants, what temperature would be best for the plants thrive and the inhabitant to be comfortable?

Aquarium Profile
Tank size: 10 Gallons
Lighting: Indirect sunlight
Equipment: Tetratec PF150 with internal heater
Substrate: 100% Flourite (2-inches)
Parameters: Temp 72-74F
Plants: Nanas (Anubias barteri) attached to the intake grid of the TetraTec filter. Java Ferns (Microsorum pteropus) attached to drift wood and embedded in fluorite.
Inhabitants: 1 - Royal Black Emperor Tetra, 1 - Purple Emperor Tetra, 2 Silvertip Tetra, 1 - Head and Tail Light Tetra, 1 - Black Neon Tetra, 2 Neon Jumbo Tetra, 4 - Otocinclus Cats, 4 African Dwarf Frogs.
Notes: I started this tank 6 years ago to be low maintenance. I do not fertilize or do water tests. However, I do regular water changes using purified water (Crystal Geyser). I am going to start regular water tests and explore fertilization options.

I'd say anywhere from 72 to 80 (or even 82) is just fine.
