Is household Saltpetre safe?
A while ago I bought 2 boxes of saltpetre and didn't notice that they were non-medicinal until today when I went to open a box. Is this stuff safe for fish? How's it different from medicinal grade?

I've been using agricultural grade KNO3 (sold as fertilizer) for almost two years now with no problem.
