Dosing Regiment/Algae Help

OK I need help because by looking at my tank I don't know what I'm doing In the three months I have had the tank up and running I have been battling one algae problem after another. This is what I'm doing now:
Sat-50% water change, dose 3/4 teaspoon KNO3, 2mL Fleet
Sun-15mL CSM+B
Mon-dose micros same as Sun
Tue-Wed-dose macros same as Sat
Thurs-dose micros same as Sun
Fri. Nothing

KH 3.5-4 degrees, pH tested an hour ago 6.0-6.2

My biggest algae problem is green dust with this brown slime stuff in a close second. The other algae problems have come and gone but these two have taken up permanent residence.

Edit: The tank is a 58 gallon with a 2x96w AH Supply PC Kit in a DIY Hood with Pressurized CO2

Hello Jacob,

I would suspect your reactor, poor C02.

58g with 2x96pc, I do not know if 2ml Fleet is or is not enough, I use dry KH2P04, one way to find out is test P04 two or three times a week for a couple of weeks and see if the average is around 1 to 3 ppm if so then good.

For your tank I would dose 1/2Tsp KN03 3x a week is plenty, 10ml CSM 3x a week.

Take a powerhead and inject your C02 into that for a couple/few days, if things improve, which I am sure they will, then you know the reactor is poor.. hince poor C02, I dont care what the numbers on the test kit, or ph chart say, highlight+poor C02=algae Everytime!

I must add, that you will have to get into the tank and clean as much of the algae out as you can, if the powerhead/C02 is working properly, you will see a differnce in a short amount of time.

I have a spare AC 201 powerhead around here somewhere. I have seen the mist reactor design at the barrreport. I think I have everything I need already.
