We aren't allowed to post Ebay links, but that doesn't matter. There is no "best" fertilizer. Aquatic plants need nitrogen, potassium, phosphorous, carbon, and trace elements. The nitrogen is best if it isn't from ammonia or urea, because it takes very little of either of those before you have problems. Good aquatic plant fertilizers use nitrates for most of the nitrogen in them. Economically, the "best" fertilizer is basic chemicals, which are very cheap, potassium nitrate, mono potassium phosphate, and a trace mix like CSM+B or Microplex.

If your just setting up green leaf aquariums has several fertilizer packs that include all the dry fertilizers you will need along with two 500 ml bottles to mix them in. You just need to decide what dosing method you would rather use.

I know it can be difficult to find those basic chemicals in India, and I doubt that US stores will ship them to India, so you will may have to substitute some stuff. But, still the most economical "fertilizer" is just the basic chemicals, not something sold as aquatic fertilizer.
