Question If your water's GH is 0, what degree GH would you raise it to?

I do realize that different plant species have different preferences, so there is a pretty big factor of which species you want to keep. But assume you have a tank with lots of different species, perhaps without any of the extremely "fussy" species (like Tonina). Or perhaps with. Vote anyways.
