Post Dosing regime for my 6g nanocube - good?

Ok, I am going to wet dose ferts in my 6g nano.

Lighting - 18w PC lighting (single tube bulb)
CO2 - None outside of double dosage of Excel
Fauna - 2 Dwarf Indian Puffers, 1 Oto, 4 Ghost Shrimp (Might replace these with 1 cherry)
Plants (for now, always changing):

Petite Anubias Nana
Hygro Difformis (Wisteria)
Sagitaria Subulata (Dwarf Sag)
Giant Hygro

This is what I've got so far, based on Chuck's calculator:

KH2PO4 (Mono Potassium Phosphate) -- PHOSPHATE
250mL solution (1/4 TSP of fert), 6g tank = 6mL to add .90ppm P

K2S04 (Potassium Sulfate) -- POTASSIUM
250mL solution (7 tsp of fert), 6g tank = 5mL to add 16.4ppm K

KNO3 (Potassium Nitrate) -- POTASSIUM
250mL solution (1 tBsp of fert - see below), 6g tank = 5mL to add 5.65ppm K

KNO3 (Potassium Nitrate) -- NITRATE
250mL solution (1 tBsp of fert), 6g tank = 5mL to add 8.95ppm NO3

How/where should I store the 250mL solution(s)? And can I combine all of these ferts into one 250mL solution so I only have to manage 1 bottle?

Also, I just realized that I can add the 5mL solution and have everything I need for the week. Is that advised? Or should I add 1mL per day for 5 days (or something similar)?

Sorry for the newbie questions
