Co2 deficiency

If I were to have previously had a co2 deficiency and fixed the problem. How soon should I notice an improvement in growth?

If you do it fast enough then you will have time to do it again

I always say to give any kind of change up to 2 weeks before concluding that results are due to the change.

This is to give plants the time to adjust to the new (improved) conditions you are providing them.

Of course, you may start noticing changes immediately.

Agreed.

With some species (like Ludwigia) you'll notice that at night the top of the plants will uniformly close up a tad bit if you're doing things correctly. I noticed that before hand, when I had a CO2 deficiency, the tops would stay open and my repens lost some of its leaves. As soon as I added more CO2 it only took a day or two for them to start demonstrating their change. Other species (like DHG) take a little while longer to start standing up straighter and turning color.
