19ml. could do a little more if you wanted. 25ml would be with the additional recommended 25%.

also, make sure you are making your solution 2 Tablespoons Plantex to 500ml water. If that is what you are using (plantex that is).

edit>> is the conversion from UK litres to UK gallons the same as with US litres to gallons? 3.8?

240uk liters, thats around 60/65 gal
Have you tested or got a water report to see what is in you're sorce water?
I know several folks in the UK that has high amount's of N03 and P04 in their tap water, if you do have high amount, it will determine how much of what to dose, KN03, P04 etc..

but here is a plan for you're size tank,
That is alot of light...So you need to get you're C02 a little higher^^ 28ppm is close. shoot for about 35/40ppm.. test kits are iffy...so that just takes practice...
For a 60~80gal
50%H20 change
+/-3/4Tsp KN03 3x a week
+/-1/4Tsp KH2P04 3x a week
+/-1/8+Tsp K2S04 3x a week
+/-15ml Trace 3x a week
+/-4-8ml Fe/Iron 3x a week

wouldn't hurt to raise co2 a little. but if not getting any algae, then you should be fine.

also, Flourish Trace is 5ml per 17g (63 litres) UK, isn't it?

but again, as long as no signs of deficiencies, no reason to change anything up.

yep, that will do. I'd personally go with the 20ml.
