ph question

i have a quick question, at night my ph is at 6.5 and kh is at 60mg/l so that means i have about 32ppm co2, but isnt when the co2 is off, my ph should raise a litlte? i tested it in the morning and my ph is still at 6.5 is something wrong? or is it suppose to be like that

i would venture to say the pH testkit may not be reading correctly, but since there is a +-.2 pH margin of error on most testkits, and the colors are hard to compare, there may still be a change in pH and you just aren't realizing it.

if you have practically on surface agitation then you probably just have your co2 loss minimized to a point where hardly any percipiates out at night.

I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as your plants are doing well and fish aren't gasping.
