According to the Seachem website:

Quote:
To remove…
Chlorine: use 1 measure to each 130 L (35 gallons*) of tap water (removes 1 ppm)..
Chloramine: use 1 measure to each 100 L (25 gallons*) of tap water (removes 1 ppm).
Ammonia: use 1 measure to each 32 L (8 gallons*) of tap water (removes 1 ppm). Do not overdose!

For reference, 1 measure = 100 mg.

Using "Prime"

Hello gulp...

If you're referring to "Prime", then this product isn't toxic. So, don't fret over adding too much. It's pricey though, so you don't need to use more than necessary to treat the water. I use half a capful for every 5 gallons of replacement water. But, I'm "old school" and over the years, I never got away from doing my water changes using the bucket method.

B, Safe is Seachem's dry form of Prime. It is not Prime.
It can be a bit much when over dosed. A tiny bit over, no problem. But better use it as close to the correct dose as possible.
