Frets in a shrimp tank

Ive never ever used ferts before but my Taiwan moss is not doing so well. I have about 10 neocardina shrimp and six rabbit snails in a 20 gal long tank, no co2. The dozen or so pieces of Anubias nana are doing fine. I notice the moss is slowly losing its bright green color and thinning out. What ferts if any should I use that won't harm my shrimp or snails? Thanks e

I have used the EI dosing regimen (using the standard chemicals) in a planted shrimp only aquarium with no ill effects.

What kind of lighting do you have over your aquarium?

Anthony
