Dosing Micros/Co2

When dosing micros... what do most use? I remember switching between CSM+B and Excel Flourish just because I had a bunch of each. Now I'm finding there is Miller micro plex as well... Is one better than the other? I have been away from this for just long enough that I have forgotten far too many things

Also I remember running my co2 around 8bps for 8hrs/day... 30min before the lights kick on, and 30min after. This sound about right?

It doesn't seem like most people have strong opinions about them. I believe Hoppy said Miller's is supposedly more balanced but that he has noticed no difference since switching.

CSM+B has more iron so if you use Millers you might have to dose more supplemental iron.

Miller's has significantly more copper IIRC. Not sure if it would be enough to bother any invertebrates.

Those were the two differences that jumped out at me.
