Plants with pinholes?

Mu anubias have developed some pinholes in them. From what I understand this is likely a potassium deficiency. So if i need to increase the potassium do I need to increase KH2PO4 (monopotassium phosphate) or K2S04 (potassium phosphate) or both??? I dose the following in a 75 gallon tank:

Co2 is spot on and surface agitation is good.

tues, thus, sat
1/4 tsp plantex csm+b
1/8 tsp iron chelate

wed, fri, sun
3/4 tsp kno3 nitrate
1/2 tsp KH2P04 mono potassium sulfate
1/4 tsp K2SO4 potassium sulfate

50% water change on Monday

You would increase the potassium sulfate as increasing the KH2PO4 would also increase your phosphates. I'm pretty sure the sulfate in potassium sulfate is a non issue when increasing potassium levels. Typically the potassium from your nitrate and phosphate dosing provide adequate levels of potassium, but if your plants say otherwise hit up the K2SO4.

In KC, you may have really hard water depending on where you are located and where your water comes from I may have some of the same problems. I was running way to high on nitrate due to my fish load. Have you testing the nitrate? I found I could drop dosing the NO3 completely. But at the same time that I had plenty of CA in my water due to limestone, it was suggested that I might be short of MG. I had gone through raising Potassium as well as adding extra FE. Neither of those seemed to help but adding three times as much Epsom salt as I was dosing CSM+B seems to be doing wonders for the holes in my leaves. Epsom salt from the garden section is really cheap and easy to find so you might give that a shot.

I use the api test strips to test GH and KH. I get a GH of 120+ and KH is barely detectable. I have been testing daily and my nitrates run 20- 40 ppm.I test nitrates using the API master kit.
