Dosing EI- Making Stock Solution

Does anyone have a good calculator or method for creating some stock solutions for EI dosing with macro and mico (plantex + CSM+B). Really want to make up some solutions that can last me at least a month or two. Thanks!!

This is from Tom Barr. I recieved this yesterday.
I add CMS+B to warm tap water at 4 tsp per 1/2 liter water.
I might add DTPA Fe at 1-2 tsp extra and 1-2 tsp Fe gluconate to this, and maybe 10-30 mls of Excel to kill any fungus that might decide to grow.

Then I tend to dose about 30mls per 60 Gal 4x a week or so.

Hope it helps for your micro dosing.

I do it this way:
Step 1: Put in as much dry fertilizer as you want to dose the tanks for a week.
Step 2: Put in water so that I dose at 1 ml per gallon 3 days per week.

Here is how those steps work for me:
Look up EI dosing. (Copied from the sticky at the top of this forum)
60~80gal
50% H20 change-weekly
3/4 Tsp-KN03 3x a week
3/16 Tsp-KH2P04 3x a week
1 Tsp-GH booster once a week
15ml 3/16Tsp-Trace 3x a week
Optional
4-8ml-Fe/Iron 3x a week

I have 700 gallons of tanks, so multiply those by 10 for 700 gallons, then by 3 to get a week's worth:

Put in the Macros bottle:
22 Tsp-KN03 = a week (I actually use less nitrogen, so I add K2SO4 instead)
5-1/2 Tsp-KH2P04 = a week
Mix with 2.1 liters of water.

GH booster- I do not need this.

Put in the Micros bottle:
5-1/2 tsp CSM+B = a week
2-3/4 tsp (dry) chelated Fe/Iron = a week
Mix with 2.1 liters of water.

Dose is based on tank size: 1 ml per gallon, 3 days per week.

Bringing up a long dead thread here but, I have a question if anyone can help. I have a 20 gal, so according to this guide I would be dosing 60ml a week of the stock solution. Would making say 240ml of the liquid and using it over the course of a month have any ill effects? That sounds super convenient to me, so it must not work hah.

a lot of people add a little
excel or Metricide to stop mold from growing. Maybe someone will weigh in with the amt. they use?

I add the full dose:
Ask myself how long the bottle of ferts will last. (how many doses)
Calculate how much Excel (actually, I use glut) I want to give the tanks in that much time.
Put that much in the bottle first.

Then top off with enough water so that I can dose at the rate of 1ml of solution per 3 gallons of tank water.
I use the lowest recommended dose, and add it to both macros and micros, so I am dosing a low dose of glut daily.

So...
a 20 gallon tank would get 7ml (yes, I know 3 x 7 is 21 and a 20 gallon tank probably does not even hold 20 gallons.) per day, macros 3 days per week and micros 3 days per week.
In 1 month (lets pick on February, with exactly 4 weeks) this will be 12 doses of macros and 12 doses of micros.
12 x 7 = 84ml.
Per Seachem web site, low Excel dose = 1ml/10 gallons, or 2ml per day. Multiply by 12 doses, and this gives 24ml into the bottle first. Then top it off to a total of 84ml by adding 60 ml of water.

Recipes for 12 doses of fertilizers, including Excel:
Macros
3 tsp KNO3 or K2SO4 (or a blend, to suit your tanks)
3/4 tsp KH2PO4
24 ml Excel
60 ml water

Micros
3/4 tsp CSM+B
scant 1/4 tsp chelated iron
24 ml Excel
60 ml water

Awesome! Thank you. Need to place a GLA order for some bottles. I've been dosing Flourish for traces, think I'll switch to Classic CSM+B
