Is it safe to use Excel?

I just bought flourish excel and wanting to
know if it is safe to use around in my
my house with small kids? Will it evaporate into the air? On the bottle it says it contains polycycloglutaracetal. I would not want to use it if it caused health issues. Thx

I'd clean up any spills. Don't let them toss it around or anything. Just dose with it when you need to. The bottle has a child lock on it. I can barely get the damn thing open myself >.<

No problem dosing at the labeled rates. As noted above, keep it out of the reach of kids, even with the child-proof lid.

Treat it the same way you would treat any other chemical. I probably wouldn't leave bleach laying around with small kids. Same goes for Excel.

It's a medical grade disinfectant (glutaraldehyde) so if you do use it, be sure to keep it in a safe place and use it properly. No need for a kid to disinfect his eyes or his intestines with it haha. The name that Excel gives the active ingredient is essentially saying that is it multiple rings of some chemical which is glutaraldehyde. Just use it carefully and it should be good.
