Making stock trace solution (non-Plantex)

OK so I bought the only trace mix I could find. The contents are:

Fe - 21.3 g/L
Cu - 3.0 g/L
Mn - 2.7 g/L
Zn - 2.3 g/L
B - 1.0 g/L
Mo - 0.3 g/L
Mg - 0.3 g/L

I know the copper is high but others here have used it successfully. So my question is, how many ml do I add to how much water and what ppm will it give me? I have no clue when it comes to this.

Yes! I snuggle with rats!
