Anybody tried Big Al's Multi Purpose Plant Food?

Just curious if anyone has tried this product. Yeah, I know dry ferts would be even cheaper but I am so scared... j/k I am too lazy actually

Do you know if it's more than just a trace mix? The site says it contains no phosphates but nothing on N and K content. A friend of mine says he's been using it strictly for TE instead of Flourish, TMG, or CSM+B. But even at the promo price ($16.99 for 64oz) it's still only a $1 less per liter than TMG so that's what I've stuck with (TMG, that is).
