Starting the EI?

Ok, here's the info I have up front

29g community tank
GH 8
KH 5.5
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 1-0 ppm
Phosphate 0 ppm
1x55 AHSupply retro kit in standard light strip 6700K
Pressurized CO2 will be in and running before I begin to dose the ferts

I know this isn't a "high" light setup, only 1.9wpg, but I'm hoping that the EI will still work for me.

Here's the dosing regiment I've worked up. Any input would be helpful.

First off I don't think I need any additional Mg so I won't be dosing it but let me know if I'm wrong.

Saturday 50% water change, dose 1/8T KNO3, KH2PO4 1/64t, 1/4T K2SO4
Sunday 1T CSM+B extra Iron in 250mL add 5ml
Monday No water change, dose same as Saturday
Tuesday Same as Sunday
Wednesday Same as Monday
Thursday Same as Tuesday
Friday Nothing
Saturday 50% water change, dose 1/8T KNO3, KH2PO4 1/64t, 1/4T K2SO4

That should (according to chucks calculator) put me at about 12ppm nitrate, 1ppm PO4, 20ppm K.
Any suggestions to tweak the dosing would be appreciated.

Brian

Looks pretty good to me. Since I don't see you accurately measuring out 1/64t, I'd suggest you make a solution for PO4. On my 46g, I made a mix that gives me 3ppm of PO4 for each ml of solution. Chuck's calculator will help you there.

As your tank is a bit on the low light side, I'd recommend starting with this regimen, then based on measurements after the first couple of water changes, change the dosing accordingly.

Let us know how it works out,
Brian.

Sorry, that's supposed to be 1/64T , still not much but Greg Watson sells measuring spoons in 1/16, 1/32 and 1/64 of a tablespoon so hopefully it won't be a problem. I may have to mix a solution but I'd like to avoid that if possible. Thanks for your input.
