What's your CSM+B mixing & dosing like?

Just taking a little poll, participate if you so choose:

What's your CSM+B mix like? Me:

1 TBSP to 250ml distilled water.

I store in the fridge.

I dose 10ml 3x a week in my 50g with 192 watts.

I shake it vigorously, but there still seems to be some sediment that settles on the bottom of the container.

You can try mixing a 1/2 tablespoon in 250 ml, and then double the amount you dose.

I dose 12 ml every other day of 1 tablespoon in 250 ml.

75 gallon, 230 watts 7 hours, 390 watts 3 hours. Most of the tank is shaded by C. Spiralis.

Sounds like we presently mix the same amount, 1 tablespoon to 250ml.

Do you get the sediment as well on the bottom of your mixture? If normal, then I suppose no worry.

I have the same problem, I just ignore it. 1/2 teaspoon in 250 ml dissolves better, but I went through the bottle fast, and was losing count when I was dosing.

I dose:
1 tsp CSM+B(extra Fe)/250mL of H2O

I store it in refrigerator, but I end up remixing it every 2 weeks or so when the solution turns a brownish color -- I'm not sure if this its still good or not, but I don't want to take chances....its green for a while, at least.

I dose 3x a week ~ 5 mL for my 20g

90g journal:

I use a CSM-B facsimile but will switch to the extra Fe type once my current supply runs out.
Distilled water, no, I use tap water.
Fridge, yes.
Shake, no. Sediment, no.
1 tbsp in 250 mL; 10 mL thrice weekly.

My water seemed a "touch" foggier/cloudier today after my first useage of CSM+B. I'm a previous user of Flourish. I thought I read somewhere certain micros tend to cloud the water more. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Do any of you folks add HCL (aka muriatic acid) to prevent mold? Tom Barr uses it at 5ml per 500 ml, I believe.
