Is this an all in one fertilizer? If not what's missing?

It's a comprehensive micro element ( Ca, Mg, Fe, etc ) fertilizer. It is not a macro fertilizer ( N,P,K ).

Flourish comprehensive does conatin macronutrient's nitrogen, phosphorus, according to ingredient list but perhaps not in sufficient quanity depending on particular planted tank.
With CO2 enhanced tank's,flourish may not have enough macronutrient's but for low tech,,maybe so.
I use it for trace and dose modified EI formula with dry macronutrient's in low tech planted tank.

So is Flourish safe for shrimp tanks...or 1/2 dose is better?
I'm no where near being a chemist but will it affect the tanks TDS?

TPN+ and RootMedic oneSTEP are basically the only commercially available all in one fertilizers.

In the US, RootMedic oneSTEP is essentially the only one available for sale from a store.

It shouldn't affect TDS much. I haven't tested Flourish specifically, but an EI-sized dose of CSM+B plus some extra iron raises TDS about 1-2ppm according to my meter.

If I am following the dosing regime listed in the guide (minus trace CSM+B?) should / could I use the flourish instead?

I use CSM+B in planted tank in living room (no shrimp), and flourish for trace in Shrimp tank.
Without opening a big ole can of worm's,,, I noticed that CSM+B contains more copper than flourish, and I believe the Flourish achieves the same end result without as much copper and so that is what I choose.
