Rotala Rotundifolia deficiency

Hi everyone,
I seem to have a slight deficiency problem. A few of my rotala stems have pale, translucent lower leaves, as well as the new growth having splotches of the same issue. The clear leaves curl downwards a bit as well. Still grow, but they don't look good. A few newer stems are scrawny looking and the stems don't grow straight. I cant seem to get any good pictures of the specific leaves though..

If anyone has any ideas that would be great, as I am selling off these plants, and since I'm picking the healthy ones to sell I would like to solve this before I'm only left with the bad ones!

Thanks,
Matt

forgot to add my dosing routine-
Macros 3x a week
1/4 tsp KNO3
1/16 KH2PO4
1/16 K2SO4

Micros 3x a week
1/16 csm +B (5ml of a mixed solution)

Since the issues began, I upped my dosing to a rounded dose of each macro, and 6ml of my micro solution. Hasn't seemed to help, so I wanted to ask for advise before changing anything else.

What about other parameters? CO2? Lighting?

too much light, not enough c02
rotala responds poorly to low c02 levels

besides plants can't use available nutrients if they dont have enough c02

Sorry I left that out- lighting is four 19w 5000K cfl's in clamp on shop lamps a few inches above surface. Pressurized Co2 (drop checker at lime green-yellow). Oddly enough, the tips near the surface are gorgeous, nicely shaped leaves, good color. its mainly the lower areas that are having trouble, even the tips that are down low..
They need a trim badly, could it be that the upper sections are blocking too much light?

Thanks for the replies,
Matt

usually not the case.. plants send all their nutrients to the new leaves. (if ur missing one or more plants will use old leaves for those nutrients) watch the new leaves as they get closer to the surface. after about 3-7 days if the leaves that were new start having algae then u have nutrient deficiency

lime green means nothing on a DC.. its just a visual for ur pleasure. mine turn yellow after 3 hours of c02 being on. and stay that way till lights go out. supposedly that means my c02 is in the lethal level.. my shrimp are still alive... and so is every other fish
