Is RO/DI water chlorinated?

Is the distilled water sold in groceries chlorinated?

RO water?

Distilled should not be. It is produced by heating water and collecting the condensation, which should be pure H20 with no minerals or anything else for that matter.
While I have no experience with RO water, the only way to have chlorine in it would be to add it after the water has come out of the RO filter. The filter is used to remove chlorine, metals, and minerals in the water so you get pure H20 and can add whatever you want to it to change the pH and TDS, and probably other parameters as well. Thanks, wasn't sure if they added chlorine during the packaging process as insurance against bacterial contamination.
