Back To Flourish

I'm switching back to flourish products for dosing a highly planted 20 gallon long tank. It has high light and co2. I just want to finish off some old bottles of flourish before I switch back to using dry powder ferts. I used the Fertilator program to find the amounts to add. According to this, I should add 17 mL of Flourish Nitrogen to get 20 ppm of K, 21 mL of Flourish K to get 20 ppm of K, and 1 mL of Flourish to get .7 ppm of iron. I'm still dosing P through mono potassium phosphate (1.5 ppm). I'm also using the Estimative Index. I didn't know if these numbers were right, they just sound a little high. If they are right, is this is what I add every other day?
