Root Medic Fert Question for 10 Gallon?

Okay so I would like to start dosing fertilizer. I've got a 10 gallon, with:

- Eco Complete
- 2X15 watt 6500 Daylight bulbs
- Fluval 20 pressurized C02 system

I'm hoping to be able to grow a wide variety of plants. I was thinking of purchasing the following: http://rootmedic.net/products-page/l...s/complete-500

Would this cover all my fertilizing needs? Is this over kill? Thanks for any info!

Rootmedic usually have sales. This previous may, they had a 40% off discount. I don't know when the next one is going to be, but something to think about.

I don't know and can't speak for Pfertz, but RIGHT NOW they're having a 30% off sale with coupon code SUMMER 2011 and this item is similar to the rootmedic package.

The only sale running right now is the Christmas in July sale, running on the front page!

There is also a 10% coupon "plantedtank" good on any order(including this).

The 500 ML complete solution would cover all fertilizing needs for basically any tank. I'd be happy to throw in an extra pack of 25 RootCaps with a first time order, though.

So will this package cover most all my fertilizing needs? Lighting, C02, Substrate are all taken care of, so with these ferts I should be able to grow most all reasonable aquatic plants right?

So the coupon code is (plantedtank) right? And what/where should I write somethign to ensure I'm getting the extra pack of rootcaps?

Thanks for your help

Correct. Nothing is missing from this, and you actually get a few nutrients in better quantities than you would using normal Micro elements.

The coupon code is plantedtank and in the note section at the end put a note.

Great, if I don't put the purchase in in the next 2 days. It will be in with the next pay period. Looking forward to the ferts, thanks for your help!
