Lightbulb Easy dry dosing tips?

I currently am not using dry dosing techniques but do have bags of dry ferts.
Im using a bottle of Yamato Green " http://www.yamatogreen.com/" , wich has been ok but not awesome maybe do to that it contains no phosphates?

Anyways I currently travel allot so doing dosing 3x times a week alternating days is just out of the question. I get the GF to feed the fish but that's all she will do unless its super easy.

Any suggestions on a solution i could mix that could be dosed 1x a week or easy enuff that i could get her to do maybe one other time in the week lol

I have a 50 gal high light and pressurized co2 well planted.

I have a bags of..

i dont know alot about dry ferts as just switching this week, but i thought you could premix 500ml bottles ready to dose...? i hope so as i have bought the graduated dosing bottles to mix EI solution in!! lol
Not too sure if it has to be mixed with distilled water though or if tap water will do????

Just Plantin' and prayin'

I'd just add:

2-3x a week:
1/2 teaspoon KNO3
1/8th teaspoon of the KH2P4

Add K2SO4 after water change, say 1 teaspoon

CMS+B, I'd add 1 TABLE spoon into 500mls of water, 1 teaspoon of MgSO4(Epsom salt), dose 15mls 3x a week

That's it.

It is unlikely that you can keep a high light tank healthy if you can't be there to fertilize 2-3 times a week. Either you will starve the plants with too little nutrients, or the plants will not get pruned often enough and tiny bits of starting algae blooms won't get removed before they become huge problems. Why don't you reduce the amount of light enough to allow for weekly dosing and weekly maintenance?

I would absolutely drop the lighting a little if i feel the plats will all do well. I just changed lights so im still feeling this one out. its a 48" Catalina with 3 t5 bulbs. currently running all 3 but i think its to much ill prob drop down to just 2. could u suggest a good once a week dosing plan to start with? i can try to learn and adjust if needed.

2 swords , 2 banana plants , micro sword attempting to get it to spread for ground cover, Tonina fluviatilis , and Vallisneria Spiralis witch i have allot of as it reproduces like crazy but i don't get the spirals or really long leaves..

Thanks for all your help!!!!
