CO2 options for nano tanks

I have been searching through the threads for a while now and really can't find an answer. I did see Tom Barr commenting on a thread saying that CO2 and lighting on a nano are a real trick.

I love the effect of CO2 on my bigger tanks and would like to get some of that advantage on a few nanos.

3 Gal
7 Watt T5 NO at 10 inches from substrate and medium poor reflector
Low light plants (Crypts, Anubias, Moss)
Bio Load light (5 endler fry, 2 bee shrimp, 1 Nerite)
Flourite and Omscote Plus under Fluval Flora

1.5 Gal
13 W CFL Twist 6500K pendant 8 inches above water surface
Non-rooted plants (Java Fern, Xmas Moss, Riccia, a few stems)
Bio Load light (1 Betta, 1 Nerite)
inert substrate

What types of CO2 options do I have with these types of Nanos?

I am looking at setting up 2 banks of 2.5s and 5s from my old Killi breeding days in the future and will be looking at what my options are for this as well.
