Dry fertz Dosing.

Hi guys,
I wanted to start dosing dry fertz and just wanted to know if this is exactly what I need to do so:

.Plantex CSM+B

What levels should I be aiming for? Every calculator I've seen asks what level you want.

I have no idea how much I am dosing a week. I use the estimative index method posted in the sticky at the top of this forum. Since I have a brightly lit CO2 injected tank I use the full amount and may add more of one or another at some point. If I had a dimmer tank without CO2 I would use less.

Another option would be PPS (Perpetual Preservation System) which doesn't require large water changes and doesn't waste the fertz.
