Best way to get missing nutrients

Hey everyone I'm new to the planted tanks but am learning daily. I'm on a well water system but we run a water softener and it strips alot of the needed minerals out of my water. I tested the KH,GH and calcium levels today and it seems that my KH is always through the room at 400ppm and my GH is super low at 60ppm. So than I tested my Calcium and it was 30ppm or like 3* if that makes sense. My plants seem to be hanging on but I feel could do better. So my question is how do I add calcium and magnesium to my tanks to bring up my GH? My Nitrate levels are 40to 60ppm , Notrite and ammonia are both 0ppm. My PH is always through the roof at 8.4 but it's never seemed to bother my cichlids.

GH booster from NilocG or Seachem Equilibrium would be what you want.
