when it's best to do tests of all the elements?

Hi! i got planted nano tank and i dose with pretty much the whole seachem line (iron, trace, nitrogen, etc).

I also got all the needed tests (iron test, no3 test, po4, etc).

My question is this:

When is the best time to test all these stuff to be able to know if i need to add more/less from each element?

a day or two after i dosed? maybe before i do the weekly water change?

I hope i was clear enough, thank you !!

If tank circulation is good all compounds can be measured within an hour after being dosed.

Are you following a Seachem recommended dosing schedule or one of your own?

Seachem bottle labels provide a very weak dose.

I generally test just before my weekly w/c. Because I use RO/DI water, I can calculate how much of anything I want to add to my drum that holds the w/c water. I try to make sure that the new water 1) is close to the tank water parameters and 2) compensates for consumed nutrients over the week.
