Looking for easy fertilizing routine

Just started a new tank after being out of the hobby for 10 years. I used to do EI back then but don't want to have to do 50% water changes weekly with this 75g tank. I'm planning for moderate lighting and co2. Just wondering what the consensus is on a simple and hopefully cheap fertilizing method I can use that won't require those massive water changes? And where to purchase? Substrate is inert fyi.

Try using easy green from aquarium co-op. I personally love the stuff. It's easy to use and good results for me anyway.

Try Thrive all-in-one fert. I fertilize twice weekly and only water change about 15-20 percent once per week. My lighting and CO2 sounds similar to what you want to do
