Deficiency or Excess?

What could be causing this?

Water parameters sit here:
NO3: 10-20 ppm
PO4: 0.5-1.0 ppm
dGH: 11
dKH: 6
Ca: ~50ppm
Mg: ~17.4ppm

Dosing is as follows:

I heard calcium can cause deformed/crooked growth, but I seem to have plenty.

Sometimes my plants do the same thing. Maybe 1 stem out of a whole stand of them. Wont matter if it’s an easy plant or hard plant. Trimming the stunted tip and dosing a little more nitrogen helps the plant start shooting again.

Just looking at your trace element mix, it has the same ratios as regular CSM+B with 36% less B. The dose per day is 0.06 ppm Fe which is fine. The question is why is your weekly dose 3 ppm Ni. Is it a typo? Because Ni should be 7000 x lower.

@Edward the values for the CSM+B is just from Rotalla Butterfly. I'm actually not sure what my supplier's mix is, ratio wise. But regarding the nickel value, I'm not sure why is says 3, just noticed it myself now. You can see in the colum to the left, I've not entered any ppm value per dose. Must be an error on the sheet's equation or I typed something I didn't mean to.

Apparently it's Plantex CSM+B, same as Rotala Calculator.
