Iron chelate and ph

So I use millers microplex and also add dtpa iron chelate to my solution. My ph when injected is 6.0 and before co2 kicks on it rises to about 6.8-6.9 (fully degassed is 7.1). Based on chelated iron/ph charts it seems I lose 50%-75% of my edta iron chelate above 6.5 ph and more getting up to 6.8 ph.

I dose at about 8am everyday before I leave for work (ph about 6.8 at this time) and the co2 kicks on at 2pm and lights on at 4pm.

So should I dose dtpa iron based on a 75% loss of the edta iron?

How would yíall approach it?

Hereís my reference

I don't use Miller's had a fear of the extra copper included.

Using CSM+B,for every 15g of CSM+B I add 3g of 10% Fe DTPA and nickel sulfate.
Been doing this for over 4 years and my pH is right about @ your levels.

What is your normal dose in ppm of Fe?

Iron chelate and ph

Iíve been dosing .35ppm of mmp and .35ppm of dtpa per week. Just set that as a starter dose and figured I would adjust from there. In comparison to burr or greggz using the custom recipes they use my other micros come in at about double what they use except for zinc which is about half.

Update: I just made a new micro mix figuring a 80% loss of usable edta (dosing to .189ppm per week) and increased my dtpa to .50 ppm per week and added extra boron to more closely emulate the burr mix (or whoever mix is on those same wavelengths). The only thing thatís really different is my copper levels but based on hours of searching most people say itís still invert safe.

Iím not expecting any huge changes but Iíll notate any noticeable changes I see.
