Calling all plant geeks

So , I moved and am now setting up all my tanks and of course going through new water issues.
Ph 7.3
Gh and kh 5.5 to 6.5
Nitrates are low
Very low bioload on all tanks
Using fluval 3.0 set to 60%
I added a AIO liquid fert and I got algae which I am contributing to phosphate. My water may have high phosphate also.
I'm having major chlorophyll issues with all plants especially hygrophila corymbosa.
My questions :
Should I use a gh booster or just add an iron dose to my weekly fertilizer?

After uploaded, images aren't as clear but I'm recovering from diatoms. Also my snail population are struggling. Low calcium?

This is tap water? The numbers are not really out of line.
Is a water softener involved?

Low nitrates not so good for plants. How low?

Phosphates leading to algae? Maybe @ extreme levels.
Phosphates levels are?

Chlorophyll issues: Your plants are not able absorb light?

Corymbosa, was this submerged or emersed growth?
I am transitioning some emersed growth now and it is a slow road for some reason.

GH Booster, check a water report and see what levels of Ca & Mg are present to determine the need.

Fe is needed regardless of macro nutrients.

Growing is not that difficult.

The tanks been up for 2.5 months .
Api test kit has 0 for all, maybe a small amount of nitrates but hard to tell from color code.
No phosphate test but algae
Moved hygrophila from a low light tank to this fluval led tank . In the low light tank the hygrophila was reaching for the light and stretching but now it's compact and new growth is yellow and stunted.

Not adjusting water , just aging for 48 hrs
Seems it's a deficiency issue because it's like this in all tanks
My quarantine tank has low light and it's not as bad
But in my 40b it's bushing out but yellow between veins

i have same problem with little to no nitrates in my planted betta tank. literally at 0 and all I have is 1 male betta and 2 nerite snails in a 5 gallon. I found my fast growing plants were doing horrible and I had algae everywhere. I got nitrogen liquid fert to increase nitrate load and just started it yesterday. nitrogen is a macro and nitrates are a decent indicator of this, if I understand correctly. the bottle does say that no nitrogen can stunt growth. I'm hoping to see improvement in a week or so but since cleaning my tank of the algae yesterday and adding nitrogen yesterday, little to no algae has returned.
