adjusting water parameters

i've been having issues with a 5 gallon shrimp tank. To get things a little more under control i've been using distilled and now zerowater filtered water for water changes. my ph is 6 or below at this point. How do i raise my pH without affecting my kH, gH too much? is there such a thing?

I have moss balls and java moss. gH is up to 10 was holding at 9. kH is 8 and pretty steady. TDS is 330, nitrates 5, temp is 64. im just trying to keep these guys alive and happy at this point.

It seems like they would die after molting. obviously something is off but im trying. since lowering the temp i haven't lost any that I noticed.

thank you for your continued patience.
