Over night holes/melting on Anubias Petite?

Only one of my nana petite's did this literally over night and only on the new growth. Any thoughts?

what is your water parameters? what fish/invertebrates do you have housed in your aquarium?

Was the plant new or has it been in the tank for a while?

If it happened as fast as overnight. Someone in the tank ate it.

NO3 - 20-40
PO4 - 1-3
kH - 1.5 (drops api)
gH - 8-9 (drops api)
TDS - 350-400
pH - 6-7 (co2)
temp 73-74

Pretty new but I have several that have been in the tank for years as well as 5 new additions with no damage.
