Decaying sword leaves

Need some help here to figure out what Iím missing. My sword grows fast but the lead tissue becomes really thin in spots. Pictures below are from relatively new growth.

The tank gets full EI even though it probably doesnít need it and is Co2 injected. I believe my gh is around 4, but may bey more. I feel the older I get Iím becoming color blind and have a hard time reading the gh test. I have within the past few weeks been dosing Equilibrium.

The leaves appear to be showing some chlorosis. For this to be happening in new leaves it must be a deficiency in non mobile nutrients Those nutrients are calcium sulfur and most of the micro nutrients. Equilibrium should resolve a calcium sulfur deficiency. Iron is a possibility. Iron is another possibility if your PH is above 6.5. If you are using a liquid test kit you might not be able to read it accurately. If you don't have one get a digital PH pen. The only other thing I can think of is increasing your CSM+B dose If you are using a CSM+B solution you might want to try dry dosing instead of solution dosing. Maybe the solution bottle was mixed wrong or the PH in the bottle is bad and the CSM+B may have degraded.
