Timing of fertilizer application with dosing pump?

Finalizing all the install/setup of my 240 :-) I broke down and bought a Neptune Apex (absolutely LOVE the thing!!!). Part of my system includes a dosing pump. My question is what is the optimal time/duration of the fertilizer dosing - as in all at once when the lights come on, spread out over the entire time the lights are on, all at the mid point of the light cycle, etc. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

For macros I dose at 8PM. For Iron and Micros I dose 1/5 the daily dosage value 5 times a day with each dosage occurring at 12PM, 2PM, 4PM, 6PM and 8PM. The advantage with the 8PM dosing time is I'm home and can watch to make sure it's dosing properly. I used to dose Fe in one shot, but decided to experiment with multiple dosage times during the day and I noticed the plants like multiple dosages rather than one shot. Most likely I'll change my Macro dosing times from a single shot to multiple times per day.
