Problem putting Magnesium in EI macro mix

I've put some Magnesium Sulfate in my EI micro bottle (along with the usuals) to boost the Mg in my tank as my local water stats quote low magnesium but high calcium (High GH overall). I'm adding about 1.5ppm 3x per week. This isn't much but I was concerned about the accumulation of magnesium over time affecting Neocaridinas.

According to water report:
Tap magnesium is 8ppm
Tap calcium is 77ppm

Would it be better to add the MgSO4 in my weekly 50% water change container or am I ok to keep dosing it as normal?

Cheers

I'm having good success by simply mixing in MgSO4 as my only source of Mg into my water change water.

I think I'll start adding it to the water change water then. Shrimps need stability so that seems like the best option.
