Its really hard to pinpoint the deficiency because it could be a combo of several things causing that.
However, if I were to take a guess I would first look at the nitrate levels in your tank... that looks to me to be a wysteria leaf and that is a plant that can easily survive on elevated nitrates alone.
That is why that and watersprite are commonly just floated in tanks in many of the fish shops , they just suck up nitrates like crazy.

You need to sit down with test kits and figure out the water parameters

it is a Hygrophila difformis leaf. My water parameters according to the test kits are:
NO3 : 10ppm (checked with 2 different test kits)
PO4 : 0.75ppm (Iraised it today to 1ppm)
K: I add 20ppm through K2SO4 every week after a 50% water change.

I test the water 2 times per week and the nitrates are always shown to be around 10ppm.

Do you think it might be some kind of Micronutrients deficiency?
The syptoms on the picture are on new leaves. Nitrogen sysptoms, according to chuck, is on old leaves.
So do you think it might be an Iron or Manganese deficiency?

How about the other plants in the tank... any symptoms ?
Do you dose any Micro's and how ? Same with Iron...
How much light and do you have CO2 ?

Your NO3 levels should really drop after a bit if they are using it at all... something else may be preventing the uptake, them things gobble nitrates if everything else is in order.

Im looking at the older leaves in that photo and they show the same sign as the new ones.

there is 3WPG, presurised CO2 30ppm
The No3 doesnt seem to drop very much, and maybe it is because I have too many fish in the tank.
I dose 5ml Sera plant fertilizer 3xweek.

You did not say what size tank you have, but giving the param's that you did, with 3 wpg, thats alot of light, and C02 @30ppm perfect, now you need to add more macro's and micro's.
Alot of folks with 3+wpg are starving there plants :confuse:

Yes, either use Flourish Iron or you can get the chelated iron from gregwatson, you are dosing way to little for that light and CO2 addition.
