Dosage amounts for eco complete tank?

Hello, I am looking for some reference as to what others are dosing in a planted tank thatís using eco complete.

Considering eco complete has no organic to it but plenty of micros and potassium - I have been dosing daily about 3.75ppm of seachem nitrogen and 0.75 ppm of seachem phosphorus. Daily, the water column ends in 0/0 for both. Weekly, this is 26ppm nitrogen and 5.25ppm phosphorus. I do dose co2 and working with a medium to high light.

Would the aquascapers with the same set up please chime in on your dosage? I would like to gauge if I can increase my nutrients or just stay the same.

Considering I have an inert substrate I think my dosage should be higher. I have 7 celestial pearl danios, 2 otocinclus, 1 nerite and 4 cherry shrimps. Not a big bioload. Oh yeah itís a 9gal cube minus substrate only about 6.5 gal.

Thank you

I have had ecocomplete for about 4 years now. However my tanks have been extremely neglected. I too would like to hear others input about ECO complete

I have eco complete in 2 tanks, 40g cube and the 75g linked below.
With my 75g tank it is pretty heavily stocked with Rainbow fish so there seems to be plenty of N to go around. At this time, the following are weekly ppm macro dosing amounts;
K = 32.07
P = 1.26
PO4 = 3.9
NO3 = 17.8
N = 3.39
S = 8.61

As for micro dosing, I am using Burr740's V13.15 mix which is 0.15ppm Iron, 3 to 5 times per week

Do you notice any K deficiency if you do not dose weekly?

55 gallon tank. Total dosage with GLA dry ferts per week are as follows:

Fert Name Tsp/Week
K2S04 Potasium 3/4
KN03 Nitrate 1-1/2
KH2P04 Phosphate 3/4

Micro CSM+B 3/8

Iron FE SeaChem Iron 10 ml

Experiment with your dosing. I'm quite high with rates but the plants are growing fast

If I stopped dosing K this week, it would probably take another week before "I" would notice things. NowI would guess more experienced individuals would see a difference much sooner.
