Fertilizer Solution for Garden

Hi All,

I have a decent amount of dry fertilizer and I don't think that I'll ever get through all of it through just fertilizing my tank. I'd like to use it to create a solution to water a few plants but don't know what nutrient concentrations I should be aiming for. Anyone have any ideas?

For seedlings and house plants I use PPS-Pro,
per L
#1 macro solution 1 ml or 20 drops
#2 micro solution 1 drop

NO3 40 ppm
PO4 4 ppm
K 53 ppm
Mg 4 ppm
TE(Fe) 0.2 ppm

Outside garden can use double concentration.
