Parameters of water in aquarium on ADA

Hallo everyone!
One my venerable friend (ex-ichthyologist in one the most aquarium LFS in Russia) told me about the need for ratio between dKh:dGh from 1:1 to 1:2 but I didn't find info anywhere about the ratio. Do you know something about it? I would like does It really matter or hardness contained in ADA fertz Step2 and Step 3 and Brighty K is enough from point of view saturation of water important elements Ca and Mg...
How can I see the deficiency of calcium and magnesium in the water on the conditions of plants?
Now I have dKh=6 and dGh=3. Need I to reise dGh to 6 or no?
Looking ahead I'm using Brighty K for add K, but Brighty K reise dKh too, therefore even using RO\DI dKh in my aquarium 6.
