Where to buy KNO3?

I originally bought my fertilizers from green leaf aquariums. I have run out of KNO3 but donít want to pay a large amount for shipping for such a small bottle. Does anyone know of a supplier that sells large amounts and has reasonable shipping. Alternatively, if anyone else bought in bulk and would be willing to sell some, I would be willing to work that way as well. Thanks

Yes, it’s 100% potassium nitrate.

Hi All,

Nlewis is correct, that particular product is 100% Potassium Nitrate (KNO3); however many stump removers are not KNO3.....always check before using if you go this route. $6 for a pound isn't a bad price, but online vendors sell KNO3 online for as little as $3 per pound and they have the other nutrients typically used in planted tanks such as KH2PO4, K2SO4, CSM+B, and GH Booster.

I didnít have much luck finding online vendors who sell this. Iím tempted to go the Home Depot route but it just sounds so crazy that something used to fertilize water plants will also kill a big plant (tree).
