Should I mix with rain water

My tap water is:
KH 9
PH 7,5
GH 13
TDS ~170

Planning to have
30 ppm CO2
Monte Carlo
Dhg mini
Dragon stone
Amano shrimp
RCS
CRS
Rummy nose

My question is am I okay to just use tap water. Or should I add some rainwater to when doing water change. Should I top off with tap or rainwater?

I know rummy nose and rcs like lower Ph. I have aqua soil. Would the CO2 30ppm bump the Ph down to 6,5?

CO2 will lower the pH im not sure by how much tbh, if you have room I'd say just get catappa leaves it'll lower pH and is great for shrimps.

You should use RODI, distilled or rain water (basically water with no minerals) for top offs only. If you use rainwater for water changes you'll remove minerals from the water.

Tom Barr has posted a nice table relating pH, kH, and CO2 levels:
CO2/pH/KH table - Aquarium Plants - Barr Report

Based on this table you might start lowering it to 7 or a little below and reassess where you are.

as in RODI better or a must? Planning to do weekly 50-75% water change.

Based on that chart and I want a ph of 6,5 I have to add 85 ppm of co2 lol that impossible? So I cant keep rummy nose and CRS with tap water?

EDIT: Just need to give it a try and see how it goes. Probably won't breed as good as in lower ph. (CRS)
