Holes forming in Monte Carlo leaves?

My Monte Carlo plants seem to have started developing little holes with a little bit of yellowing/browning on these leaves. Is this something I should be worried about? Is this an indication of some sort of deficiency?

It's a bit hard to see in the picture, but a good example is towards the top right.

I'm using: ADA Soil, Flourish Comprehensive and Excel.

By the looks of it, it's newly planted right? If so you'll normally find melting occur, however small holes and yellowing can be a potassium deficiency

It's been planted for over a month now, not sure if it could still be melting?

Hmmmm melting usually takes place in the first few days/weeks. Might be an iron or potassium deficiency
