Dissolved CO2 in Well Water from Tap

I read a lot about low tech tanks and water changes causing a CO2 swing. Is this also true for my private well?

I can only speak to my well water, but my tap water is loaded with CO2. Straight from tap, pH is about 6.75, degassed is 8.2.
