Nutrafin CO2 System

Has anyone had any experience with these?
I saw them today at a local lfs for $ 40 CAD. Refills comes in a pack of 3.( didn't get a price on those )
Each pack supposedly last 3-4 weeks.

Just buy the ladder and use your own yeast, sugar, and bottle. It's just a fancy DIY system with a really great way of diffusing the CO2.

get the whole set

I say get the whole set, the ladder is $11 onine, the set is $17. For the small tank it is great. The canister it has is fint for a 10 gallon tank. I like how it is so neat and hangs on the back of the tank. For anything more than 20 gallons, and possibly for 20 gallons, you will want your own canister to increase the volume.

Smile nutrafin CO2 system

Thanks for the input. I currently have a 20, but plan on getting a 30 or 50 in the next month or so. I think I'll pick up the ladder and do a DIY on the bottles.

For a 20G tank the nutrifin system is not enough, good choice going with DIY.

You can get the laddar from here: http://www.bigalsonline.com/catalog/...873&pcid1=3349

I like the Hagen set up.

We all agree, the ladder is great! I am with Anonapersona when she says the cool little holder that lets you attach it to the aquarium itself is a neat thing! I use them for this alone. I like it much better than juice or soda bottles on the floor. But that's just me!
