PH/KH/CO2 not adding up?

Yesterday before a %50 water change I had a PH of 7.4-7.6 and a KH of 17. This was after an hour of injecting CO2 into a 29g tank. Injecting slow as I'm using a new regulator and trying to make sure I don't go overboard.

Tank doesn't have many plants, EI dosing for 10-20g tank and running a 30" Planted+ on 24/7 mode.

Did the water change last night. Upped my bubble count just a tad and just checked my levels after its ran all day.

PH - 6.6
KH - 11
Putting CO2 around 82.9ppm????

I tried the tests twice.... API kits. Same results. I also have a drop checker in the tank thats a pretty deep green. Fish aren't freaking out or gasping.

Bad test kit??

No bad test kit, ditch the chart.
pH test is telling you all you need to know.
Drop of 1.0pH = about 30ppm.

The KH dropped as well because of the water change?

Measure pH again tomorrow before and after CO2 injection.
Just target a 1.0 drop in pH.
